The CSTO and NWAA blame NATO, ECOWAS, and the Arab League for the creation of the disappearing of their nuclear arms and energy (when it was in fact the Randomizer Machine crating Nuke People and the people's of Nukey's World). NWAA bombs Lagos and the CSTO bombs New York, culminating in the Third World War.
